Have you recently been diagnosed with arthritis?

A diagnosis usually comes with more questions than answers. We'll send you the things people tell us they wish they'd known at the start.

If you've recently been told you have arthritis or a related condition, this is for you. You might be waiting for an appointment, about to start treatment, or still taking it in. Wherever you've got to, there's a lot to get your head around and not much time in the appointment to ask.

Sign up and you'll get a short email every few days for about seven weeks, written by our Helpline advisors and health information team. They cover what your diagnosis does and doesn't mean, how to get more from your next appointment, what helps with pain and tiredness, how to talk to people about it, and how others have found their footing.

Already hear from us? That's fine - signing up won't change anything else you receive.

Would you like to hear more from us?
